Third Friday Discussion (3FD) – August 2025

Topic: Fucking our friends without fucking things up.

Location: The Kennedy School is a former elementary school converted by McMenamins into a hotel, restaurant, several bars, and community space. Our 3FD will be in “The Community Room” which is down the hall from the restaurant and Detention!

Timing: The Discussion runs from 7:00-8:30pm
After the discussion is over, feel free to continue chatting and socializing in the Bar.

Venue Details:

There is abundant lot parking
The entire building and restrooms are ADA accessible
The room is accessible and the layout is friendly to those who use mobility devices
The space is more conducive to hearing and seeing each other
There is good temperature control in the room
You’re welcome to bring your own food into the room
You’re welcome to purchase food at the restaurant to bring into the room
We have the room 6:30-9:00 pm
We must remove all trash and restaurant dishes ourselves

IMPORTANT: The restaurant will not deliver food to the Community Room and they do not have buzzers to let you know when your food is ready. That means you will have to order at the restaurant, wait until it’s ready, and carry it down the hall to the Community Room yourself. OR place the order, come hang out in the Community Room, and then go get it after a reasonable amount of time. We suggest arriving early and ordering food around 6:30pm, if possible (that gives 30 min for food prep before 3FD starts at 7pm).

Every third Friday, Bad Girls hosts an open discussion on kink, BDSM, and Leather-related topics. Previous topics have included age play, non-monogamy in D/s dynamics, and erotic wishlists. Membership is not required to attend this event. The discussions are facilitated by a Club member, and all present are encouraged to engage in the conversation. It’s a time to learn, share, and ask questions related to that month’s topic.

3FD is for women and gender expansive* individuals who find home in Leatherdyke spaces and are age 21 and older. Those who do not meet these eligibility requirements are not permitted to attend this event.

We are committed to creating safer spaces for underrepresented identities. Any racist, transphobic, ableist, or sexist comments in our discussions will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.
